This paper titled: forms of gender in two languages Arabic and English within Kitaab Jaamiu duruusul arabiyya and Contemporary English grammar. It attempts to examine fundamental grammar areas of gender in both Arabic and English Language by using a comparative analysis method. The first part discussed definitions, types and how to transform masculine into feminine. Emphasis is also made on all aspects that are grammatically necessary in forming gender sentences especially the concords. The researcher tried in bringing out the similarities and differences of gender between Arabic and English which consider to be result of the research. Finally, the paper advised students of universities and colleges to venture into comparative research of languages for the benefit of those who learn foreign language as a second language.
